HJ-909 composite iron titanium powder

[Use scope and anti-rust mechanism]

This product can partially replace zinc powder in producing zinc-rich primer, can completely replace the anti-rust paint such as cloud iron and phosphorus zinc to make various rustproof and anti-corrosion paints.

Through a variety of organic additives, conduct heat treatment on the ultra-fine powder and pigment to make it form a dense coating on the pigment surface, thus effectively block water molecules, oxygen and other gases for steel corrosion, and greatly enhance the pigment adhesion on steel surface, and therefore possesses excellent rustproof capability.

[Ingredients]: This product is based on ultra-fine iron powder as a carrier of phosphorus compound after a certain amount of non-toxic paint-coated surface heat treatment and superfine powder complexes formed.

[Performance]:

(1) Compared with other rustproof paints, its dispersion performance is significantly improved, and the paint stability, anti-sinking, rustproof performance also showed significant improvement.

(2) HJ-909 composite anti-rust paint has significant cost performance which can greatly reduce the production cost of anti-rust paint.
