Speed desulfurizer
Desulfurizer is a new type of desulfurization agent, which is made from the N-methyl-diethanolamine as the main body and is equipped with a certain proportion of active agent, defoamer, stabilizer, corrosion inhibitor, antioxidant and other additives.
Product features and uses
Compared with single-component desulfurization agent, it has outstanding advantages.
1. It has high desulfurization efficiency, and the desulfurization rate won’t decline in the case of half catalyst oil. It has good H2S removal selectivity in the presence of both CO2 and H2S, which could completely remove inorganic sulfur, and partially remove organic sulfur compounds such as mercaptan thus enable the H2S and total sulfur content up to several PPm to meet the application requirements.
2. High chemical stability, non-degradable, sulfur high capacity and easy regeneration of desulfurization solution.
3. Small reaction heat, low desorption temperature, less energy consumption and with significant economic benefits.
4. Hard to foam with less loss.
5. Non-corrosive, can prolong the equipment service life.
The desulfurization agent is easy to use, with little amount, which is widely used in removal of H2S, SO2, COS in refinery FCC dry gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, refinery gas, Claus plant tail gas, city gas and other acid gases.

Using methods
The desulfurization agent is soluble in water, non-toxic odorless, easy to operate, safe and reliable, without any transformation of the original desulfurization equipment, use the desulfurization agent by the same method. Prior to the changeover to the desulfurization agent, there is no need to removal the original agents in the device, just add the agent, make replacement step by step, which does not affect normal production.
Packaging, storage, transportation
1. The product is packed with galvanized iron drum with the net mass of 200kg.
2. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse, with 1 year’s shelf-life period.
3. The goods transportation should be handled with care and not upside down; avoid sun and rain
